Welcome to London Met Sikh Society
London Metropolitan University Sikh Society
"Recognise All Mankind As One.” Tenth Sikh Master Guru Gobind Singh Ji

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh
Kidhaaaaaaa (wats up people!)
What is the Sikh Society all about?
We are fun, we are exciting and we are happening!
Don’t worry we are not talking about some baba (saint) from India talking in Punjabi about something you have no idea whatsoever. Everything is in English and easy to understand. Isn’t that a relief?
London Met Sikh Society is not about us teaching you but it’s about us learning off each other and growing as a person. It’s simply about all the Sikhs and non- Sikhs coming together and sharing views and getting to know each other. Our events are such that you don’t want to miss. Some of the events that we organized last year were paint balling, bowling and end of year trip to Thorpe Park (inclusive of transport).
Events to look out for this year: 1ST Event – Chaa (tea) and Samosa (stuffed pastry) party, Horse riding, Go-karting, Archery, charity events and end of year trip to Alton Towers. Don’t forget all events are inclusive of food (as you know that where ever Sikhs go food has to be there before them and most of them are inclusive of transport).
So make sure you join because it’s a great way to get to know people from different backgrounds/courses/religion etc. So join today & get your friends to join + bring anyone along who’s up for some fun during the hectic uni schedule + wants some Free Food. Sikhism is about diversity so everyone’s welcome!
If you want to take part, play an active role in the Sikh society, or have any questions on anything email: sikhsociety@gmail.com
Until then keep safe!
