duK vyly Ardws [ Say Heartfelt Prayers in Sad Times.
hr vyly ismrn [ Remember Vaheguru at All Times.
Note: You all must know, these are not mutually exclusive. A Gursikh prays, gives thanks, and does simran in all times, but we humans often only do remember God in sad times, which is the reason for this reminder.

The British Organisation of Sikh Students & the Sikh Human Rights Group present a one day conference on issues affecting young Sikhs in the UK.

Keynote speakers include Paul Goggins from the Home Office & Manjeet Singh Gill QC.

Wednesday 5th April 2006 10:30am – 5:30pm Imperial College, London.

This conference will act as a focus for debate over the issues and concerns of young British Sikhs.
